So, the Chef of MEAT HEAD Restaurant Taras Zhemelko created such unique kaleidoscope of bright tastes and aromas for the new spring menu. 

The new menu includes as classical dishes with an integral author's service as unusual original delicacies which are undoubtedly worth trying. 

For meat-lovers it will be a nice surprise to have pork breast with potato risotto (served al dente) with apple & pumpkin cream. Those who prefer fish will find halibut cooked at low temperature with black rice Nero Venero and saffron sauce. Also one of the classical dishes in the new menu is schi with sauerkraut and chicken hearts served with sour cream. Of course the spring offer cannot remain without incomparable Chicken Kiev with cucumber tartar and airy green peas cream executed by Taras Zhemelko.
