The team of Olivier Restaurant opened almost 2 years ago in the centre of St. Petersburg on Admiralteiskiy prospect, has approached the new landmark of restaurant lifetime with all responsibility. A list of new developments has been implemented this spring.

From the family restaurant Olivier has been transformed to the almost cross functional place. During the daytime it's a light canteen with peaceful ambiance where it's nice to have lunch not thinking about work. In the evening subdued lighting, performances of different musicians and updated wine and bar cards with local craft beer among others will create a unique ambiance of friendly talks and joy.
Restaurant creators haven't forgotten about the main thing – the Olivier menu has also been significantly updated: having left only undoubted favourities, the Chef Sergey Kulidjanov enriched the cuisine with classic Caucasian and Russian positions in author's interpretation. The guests especially like own-made beef and chicken sausages, mind-bending khinkali, homely smoked cod and selection of chef-salted fish.
