Autumn Tastes At Art Cafe Sunduk

Being inspired by the beginning of mushrooms season, a rich variety of harvest season, the art cafe Sunduk has prepared a special menu for its guests.
The guests may expect a bright range of tastes, for example incredible warm salads with eggplants, tomatoes and pike perch, a salad with chanterelles, beans, chateau potatoes; baked eggplants with tomatoes, Parmesan and Pesto as a hot appetizer; a soup with boletus; fried chanterelles with rural potatoes and low-salt cucumber; pork medallions with vegetable ratatouille and chanterelles. For a dessert there is pear stewed in white wine with plum & mint sauce and hot chocolate.
