The Gastronomika Restaurant is not giving up to gloomy summer mood presenting a colourful updated menu that includes so many tasty dishes.

The summer menu includes piquant fried cheese with chanterelles jam, tar-taki made of tender salmon from the Faroe Islands and mango sauce and the pride of the French cuisine – foie-gras terrine.

Try a summer hit – risotto with chanterelles and a famous Italian pasta tagliatelle with duck, chanterelles and Parmesan cream, also smoked salmon in Russian style with shiitaki and milk mushrooms in cream sauce.
Lovers of the Asian cuisine are welcome to try different kinds of WOK noodles – with prawns and chanterelles, chicken, beef and also pizza with veal cheek and chanterelles.
