New Dishes From Vincenzo Verdosha At Il Lago dei Cigni Restaurant

Chef Vincenzo Verdosha united new dishes of the Italian cuisine in a special winter menu waiting for the guests at the Il Lago dei Cigni Restaurant.

The special offer includes: 

- Pumpkin gnocchi with ricotta and sage;

- Baked pear with polenta topped with Gorgonzola sauce; 

- French duck with stewed red cabbage; 

- Stuffed pork leg with lentil and vegetables; 

- Bresse Poularde baked in salt with vegetables and truffle aroma;

- Veal roll with spinach and taleggio cheese;

- Christmas Italian traditional Yule log.
