Summer At CheerDuck Restaurant on Vassilievskiy Island

The summer menu of the CheerDuck Restaurant greets guests with ripe strawberry, young vegetables, aromatic greens and other seasonal delicacies.
It includes summer
lettuce mix with mascarpone, seasonal berries and fruits in aromatic sauce
based on Amaretto, cold borsch with roast beef, young vegetables and greens
served with farmer's sour cream foam, a couple of juicy salmon kebabs stewed in
ginger & soya marinade with fresh tomatoes and avocado with pesto served
with honey & mustard sauce or aromatic lamb kebabs served with tomatoes,
cilantro and red onion salad, carrot sauce and Arrabiata. This is a part of
seasonal updates the CheerDuck Restaurant invites Piter gourmets to this
summer.
