The bran chef of the Gusto Restaurant Fabrizio Fatucci has performed an updated menu of the summer season.

The main new development is usage of fresh natural local farmer's products.

In the menu you will find classical Italian and author's dishes from the chef using home ownmade cheeses, farmer's poached eggs, chicken-cornichon, farmer's marble beef, pork, milk.

Inspired by spring fresh and natural trends, Fabrizio has added a lot of desserts to any taste such as chocolate ganache with beetroot sorbet and chocolate chips, profiteroles with caramelized orange sugar and chocolate chantilly cream. The selection of mini-desserts has been the conceptual new summer position in the menu. To create it Fabrizio has used fresh summer herbs embedded in flavours and the way of serving of this dish.
