French Weeks at Pierrot Restaurant

French Weeks will go on until 27 July at Pierrot restaurant. For all these days the Chef introduces the national French cuisine to its guests.

The vast majority of dishes will represent the cuisine of Alsace. Anton Anosov, the restaurant chef points out all peculiarities of the cuisine from the North-East region of the country which has undergone many different influences throughout ages. 

The special menu offers such delicacies as traditional French soup Vichyssoise, Quiche Lorraine with ricotta cheese, spinach and mushrooms or for instance, potato gratin with fennel and leek – all this is cooked with great knowledge and huge love to the French land. One of the most sophisticated dishes in Alsace is Foie gras that has been produced in the region since XVII century. Bread, various cold meat starters and cheese have also been considered as the main products in the Alsatian meal.  Pierrot restaurant offers excellent selection of wine to any taste.
