The format of rest of persons close to the emperors has been more affordable for Petersburg-dwellers: the Ginza Project holding opened a spacious restaurant under the logical title Nasha Dacha in the area of former dacha belonging to Anna Vyrubova, the author of memories and waiting lady of the Empress Alexandra Fiodorovna.
The restaurant is huge:
it accommodates 350 seats in halls, Winter garden, cozy pavilions and a big
terrace facing the coast of the Gulf of Finland.
The huge area of Nasha Dacha includes greenhouses where greenery for the
kitchen is cultivated, a small zoo, nice lawns with rocking chairs and
hammocks, an area with deckchairs and even a bicycle rent close to the
entrance.
The chef Vasiliy Istomin continues the dacha topic in the menu assuring that all is homemade here cooked per domestic recipes but in a new way: with modern technologies, sous-vide, liquid nitrogen and other things.
The restaurant creators also promise live music in the evenings. For children there are events organized together with a horse-club situated not far and jolly kids' feasts.
Besides, a nanny is permanently present at the restaurant and you may leave kids with her.
