In the spring menu which has already been available at the Cervetti Restaurant, Chef Alexey Zimin counts on poultry dishes and seafood following the culinary Italian borders at the same time.

Tasty classical dishes are represented with a great variety of appetizers in the menu: Sicilian mussels (790 rubles), bruschetta with salmon (450 rubles) and tuna carpaccio (750 rubles), also rich aromatic fish soup from Livorno consisting of many ingredients and having a remarkable piquant taste (1500 rubles). For those who want to have a decent meal the chapter of great Italian courses has paccheri with chicken – it is a kind of pasta especially loved in Southern regions of Italy used mainly for filling with meat. Italian octopus (1300 rubles) will be melting in your mouth and per its taste it might be considered as one of the best in the city. 

Having new positions in the wine carte is also a good news: as usual, there is a great variety of Italian wines per attractive prices.
