Great Violins and Steaks at Palazzo Ducale

Palazzo Ducale restaurant is proud to present a new exclusive menu named after five great violins to its guests. The graceful and elegant shape of the violin has been uniquely repeated in steaks by nature.

This is the menu of five great violins in steaks: 

Amati steak: Nordino white veal on bone topped with cream sauce with truffle oil and dressed with a slice of black truffle;  

Stradivari steak: marble teak made of Japanese beef; 

Gvarneri steak: steak made of Tuscan beef Fiorentina; 

Gvadanini steak: true masterpiece made of Veronese pork topped with Porto sauce; 

Vuillaume steak: piquant fillet-mignon with Pepe Verde sauce.
