Vegetarian Menu At Black Thai Restaurant

As the spring is approaching, the Black Thai Restaurant has updated the menu and introduced the additional chapter – Vegetarian addressed to those who cannot imagine the Thai cuisine without an incredible variety of Vegetarian dishes.

Vegetarian traditions in Thailand blossom everywhere and overpoweringly just as orchids. So as the spring is approaching, the spring-updated Black Thai Restaurant introduces a list of fresh Vegetarian positions that will help to acquire lightness and vigour. They include new Pad Thai with beans, soya sprouts and cashew nuts (350 rubles), marinated chaga mushrooms in Thai chili sauce (310 rubles), yellow curry with Thai eggplants, mini-corn and Bok Choy cabbage (480 rubles), fresh roll with mango and Tom Yam sauce (410 rubles), juicy vegetables wok (340 rubles), sweet rice with vegetables, raisin and pineapple (360 rubles) and two new Vegetarian soups: mushrooms with celery (320 rubles) and transparent vegetable with noodles and mushrooms (380 rubles). 

Besides, the Chef Lucia created three new light and absolutely vegetarian desserts especially for the new chapter: juicy pineapple carpaccio with coconut chips (270 rubles), unusual apple strudel with lime sorbet (280 rubles) and lychee jelly with pieces of konjak (320 rubles).
