Hot Khachapuri Dozen at Saperavi Cafe

There is a nice offer at Saperavi café – a set of 10 kinds of khachapuri which are possible to eat during one evening with two together.

The selection includes the best khachapuri from the restaurant menu. Adjari khachapuri (shaped as a boat) are cooked by chefs with quail egg. Khorchula, another khachapuri shaped as a boat is made of selected beef with fresh and juicy tomatoes and rings of red onion. Miniature half moon is a Guri khachapuri with boiled quail egg which is chopped and goes to cheese filling. Khachapuri with mint and suluguni is Khatuna’s and restaurant chefs’ author’s discovery. Cudbary is a Svan scone with chopped pork, spices and green (they used to add hemp into the mince meat in old times) and lobiani is Raczinski pie with beans. Megrel khachapuri has been always cooked with suluguni inside and outside; after having baked the cheese in oven, the scone has nice red sunspots. Imeretin khachapuri, the most famous in Moscow, is baked with cheese only inside. Another author’s development at Saperavi café is khachapuri with smoke suluguni cheese and eggplants. 

The set of khachapuri costs 1200 rubles.
