Here they brew live organic beer per traditional German recipe following the Bavarian law “About Beer Purity” dated on 1516. The law says that “from now onwards nothing is used for brewing any beer except for barley, hop and water in all our cities, on market squares and all over the land”. 

Here you may try such sort of beer as lager filtered, lager unfiltered, dark unfiltered and smoked dark unfiltered.
