Moscow was waiting for Adrian Ketglas and he has come back. The chef has recovered health and courage, created a new menu – so, he is fine!

Adrian knows exactly that summer should be hot, bright, juicy. He is telling this story in his new menu at the AQ Kitchen Restaurant.

Gazpacho in Andalusian style with marinated shrimp, cold sea bass carpaccio with iced citrus drops and mousse made of soya and mirin, rabbit with fried apricots and mousse made of carrot and marjoram, fried Mediterranean goatfish – all these dishes improve the summer mood.

There are sorbets and ice-cream to cool down fast with such flavours as Parmesan, Korovka bonbons, kvass which you will definitely like.
