Famous showmen Ivan Urgant and Alexander Tsekalo opened the Sad Restaurant on Yakimanskaya embankment in Moscow. Huge restaurant space combines notes of the Empire style, familiar Orient luxury and ancient elements. Besides, one of the halls of the Sad Restaurant on Yakimanskaya embankment is a real greenhouse. The hall with panoramic windows is ennobled with abundance of lush greens. A fountain and a pavilion make an ambiance special in the hall. Among plants at the greenhouse there are real exotic ones, such as palm trees, orchids, passion-flower. Fito-designers look after the garden and you will actually enjoy the tropical micro-climate when resting here. The menu of the Sad Restaurant on Yakimanskaya embankment has been developed by famous Adrian Ketglas, the Michelin-owner Chef. Dishes per author's recipes have been adapted for Moscow tastes. Among dishes there is grilled asparagus with beef tongue, sturgeon aspic with crab, duck soup with mushrooms and buckwheat noodles, open ravioli with veal cheeks and mushrooms, rabbit with coconut bulgur and carrot puree. The desserts are also unusual: golden egg with mango and coconut with pineapple cream, pancho cake with kvass sorbet, sorbets and ice-cream with unusual flavours. Wine served in semi-bottles complements a great variety of wines.
