The legendary Moscow fish restaurant Peshi which was located on Kutuzovskiy prospekt before, has moved to a new address. The only one-of-a-kind fish restaurant is situated now in the Moskva Hotel (Modny Seson Trade Gallery).
Peshi today means the best fish and seafood from all over the world, a unique collection of dishes together with the perfect European service level, a well-selected wine-list, the bright elegant interior in Art Deco style, the eye-catching view to the Kremlin, the Historical museum, the biggest underground parking inside the Garden Ring Road and the neighbouring Four Seasons Hotel.
The guests of Peshi may choose any inhabitant of the aquarium and ice-box out of the great variety which keeps updating daily: from oysters, mussels and live crabs to langoustines, octopuses and certainly rare kinds of fresh cold fish. Another unique feature of the restaurant is a huge number of ways to cook fish and seafood supplied from Japan twice a week.
The owner of Peshi is the restaurateur Elena Shevtsova, who also owns the Saratov Restaurant.
The famous chef Aziz Saffar is the Head of the kitchen at the new restaurant. He created the initial concept of this cuisine and has been one of the most demanded chefs in Moscow for twenty years.
Aziz Saffar is a master of fish, Pan-Asian, Mediterranean, French, Italian and many other cuisines of the world.
