The Backstage, the new restaurant of premium-class is opened in Crocus City Hall for those, who love megalopolis, lead an active life and know how to combine work and leisure time. The restaurant imitates a concert hall by its interior of 700 sq m, the area, filled with photos of stars and their autographs, musical instruments and awards, leads to a huge screen and stage of 40 sq m in total. Dynamic highlighting of the bar counter and futuristic ceiling perfectly match panoramic windows, abundance of plants and expensive furniture, laconic door curtains divide the main hall into cosy zones. Due to this feature the Backstage is the right place to hold a business meeting with partners, a romantic date or a family party. Successful neighbourhood on Crocus Expo gives a wonderful possibility to organize any business event here. Since Crocus City Hall is next door and it makes the restaurant an ideal place to organize all sorts of private parties up to 450 seats. Full-featured technical equipment, sound and light equipment and VIP-zone for 30 seats are also available. Sergey Soshin, the chef, who has chosen two directions – European and Pan-Asian, is responsible for the cuisine. Crispy calamari and green asparagus, dorado fillets cooked in lemon salt and porcini crisps, fried tiger shrimps and mozzarella – these are some positions of the original menu.
