Pancakes with banana
It is a very tasty option for pancakes with sweet filling. Banana matches excellently with pancake dough. Its soft sweetness perfectly matches with nuts. Maple syrup may be replaced with honey or melted chocolate.
5-6
portions For pancakes:
- Milk – 0.5 l;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Flour – 8 tbsp (full);
- Sugar – 3 tea spoons;
- Salt – ¼ tea spoon;
- Oil – ¼ glass.
For filling:
- Bananas – 6 pc;
- Fried hazelnuts – ½ glass;
- Maple syrup (honey, melted chocolate) – 6 tbsp;
- Sugar powder – 3 tbsp.
Step 1
Pour milk in a blender bowl, place flour, sugar, salt, egg on top. Blend out. In the picture you can see 2 eggs and one litre of milk. As a rule, I prepare much dough. In this case half a litre is enough for us. Leave the dough for half an hour to make the flour swell.
Step 2
Meanwhile you may prepare ingredients for filling. Place hazelnuts in a blender.
Step 3
Blend them until crumbs.
Step 4
Peel bananas and halve alongside carefully.
Step 5
Add oil into the dough and stir up with a spoon, just a few movements.
Step 6
Heat over the dough on average heat. Turn down as soon as the edges get brown.
Step 7
Fry for 1.5 minutes on the other side.
Step 8
Place the pancake on a plate. You may put the filling immediately and place pancakes in a bowl.
Step 9
Put half of banana on the pancake close to the edge.
Step 10
Wrap like a roll.
Step 11
Before serving fry our wrapped pancakes on a frying pan without oil to heat over from both sides.
Step 12
Place on a plate.
Step 13
Top with maple syrup and hazelnuts.
Step 14
Also top with sugar powder.
Bon appetite!
