The 'Admiralteystvo' restaurant has updated the menu. They offer dishes for true gourmets - salad with smoked duck and cherry tomatoes (RUR 350), foie gras pate (RUR 650), quails stuffed with duck liver garnished with potato fritters (RUR 750), scallop in sweet-and-sour sauce (RUR 400). For dessert, they serve assorted sorbets from raspberry, mango and black currant (RUR 250), panna cotta (RUR 250) and crème brûlée (RUR 200).
