Vegetarian cafe "Avocado" is now open in Chistoprudny Boulevard, a most picturesque place of Moscow. On the menu are dishes whose recipes have been collected all over the world, author's cuisine, and fusion.
The vegetarian cafe has a light harmonious atmosphere. Quiet rose and green tones are dominating in "Avocado" cafe. A pleasant highlight of the design is green grass "growing" right on the stoned wall ledge.
On the menu are national oriental, European and eastern Slavic dishes. The main criterion of selection is that the dish should be exquisite tasty and useful. So, next to eastern dish "Kichri" you can find Sicilian Broccoli and Belarus Potato Draniki. There is a special section for those who observe Lenten. Especially popular are fusion dishes with "awaken grains" of sunflower, sesame, flax, pumpkin, lentil, and peas (nut). When the grains are sprouted, the amount of minerals and vitamins in them increases dozens, and even hundreds of times, which makes dishes cooked with them, especially healthy. We must note that neither eggs nor gelatin is used in "Avocado" desserts. Besides, on the menu are soft drinks only: various cocktails based on fresh juice, alcohol-free beer, French and German alcohol-free wines, and also green, herbal and fruit tea.
There is no smoking in the cafe: "Avocado" is almost the only place in Moscow where the smoke of tobacco will not spoil your meal.
In "Avocado" cafe, the primary rules of vegetarian cuisine are observed. Only ecologically clean products are used. Water is taken from the cleanest natural sources. The utensils never touch any animal food. And the main thing is that dishes are cooked in good spirits and with pleasant ideas.
